This time, AMC will focus on TV’s digital future. As part of the restructuring, Evan Adlman has been named executive VP of commercial sales and revenue operations. In the role, Adlman will oversee a combined linear and digital team, including national sales for both, programmatic sales, advanced audiences and AMC’s ad-supported video on demand (AVOD) and free ad-supported streaming TV group (FAST).
Marc Krock was named executive VP of revenue management. Krock will lead the merged direct response and pricing and planning teams as well as sales and partnerships for BBC World News. Both Adlman and Krock will report directly to Kelleher.
The company also added two executives to its branded entertainment studio, Content Room. Miguel Enrique Rodriguez joins AMC from NBCUniversal as senior VP of production, operations and events. Rodriguez will oversee production for Content Room’s branded work, including marketing and events.
Kevin Vitale joins the Content Room team from AMC’s consumer marketing division. In Vitale’s new role as senior VP of creative and marketing strategy, he will oversee AMC’s business-facing branding and creative. Both Vitale and Rodriguez will report to Kim Granito, executive VP of Content Room.
“With Evan, Marc and Kim Granito, we have the right leaders in place to guide these new teams and deliver excellent results for the company and our expanding universe of partners,” said Kelleher.
